Returns Policy

  • You can reach out to us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to start the return process
  • In case of damage shipping, please record the unboxing video of the product to show any damages
  • As a valued customer, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.
  • Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
  • For all other products please reach out to us on whatsapp for specific return terms.
  • Petticoat charges are non refundable.
  • Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective.

Who pays for the return charges?

  • As a valued customer, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Reverse pick up charges - $49 per item

When will I get my refund?

  • You will get your refund in 25-30 days.
    Please Note: Once the product has been dropped at our courier partner’s office, it takes 20-25 working days for the product to reach our warehouse in India. It then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
